At Ojjomedia, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for services or digital products provided through our platform. Refunds are handled in conjunction with our payment partner, 2Checkout (Verifone).

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase or service start date.
  • Products or services that are not delivered or not as described are eligible.
  • Refunds are allowed if a downloaded file is broken or corrupted, and the issue is reported promptly.
  • No refunds are provided for completed custom projects unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after product delivery or download.
  • Partial project completion or previously delivered milestones.
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or missing required materials.
  • Digital downloads or intellectual property that have been accessed or used after 7 days from purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and contact email
  • Invoice or transaction ID
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Supporting screenshots or documents, if applicable

4. Processing Refunds

  • All approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • We may deduct transaction fees or partial service charges for work already performed.

  • Wire transfer/check: up to 7 business days (fees may apply)
  • Direct Debit (SEPA/UK): after 6 weeks due to bank rules
  • Other methods: 5–7 business days
